COMMUNITY MANAGER

You'll be responsible for managing our online communities, answering questions, moderating discussions, and creating a warm and welcoming environment for our followers. Responsibilities
Manage our social media and online communities and engage with our followers on a daily basis
Respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner
Create and implement community engagement strategies that build brand loyalty and foster meaningful connections
Collaborate with our team to create and execute community events and initiatives
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to keep us ahead of the game
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in community management
Excellent communication and writing skills with a knack for building relationships
Expertise in social media platforms, analytics, and tools
Passionate about building communities and engaging with people online
Creative thinker with a drive to experiment and innovate
